Topics to be covered include: The importance of partners to their callers and to the square dance activity; Opinions about important qualities for partners; and Helping produce better leaders for the future. Leadership is one of the most important aspects of the calling profession. A working relationship which contributes to the role of leadership and being a 'people' person is of utmost importance.
