Building For Tomorrow

This CALLERLAB education session was delivered by Mike Hogan and Justin Russell at the 44th annual CALLERLAB convention in Mesa, AZ in April 2017. First, Mike described the contributors to the recruiting and retention problems we've experienced over the past years, and what sort of strategies are most likely to turn the trend around. The first part of the PDF handout contains Mike's notes on his presentation. The second part of the PDF handout contains Justin Russell's description of how his club, the Top Spinners, has implemented strategies to address some of the issues raised in Mike's remarks.
