Description
This package of documents provided by Mike Seastrom, chairman of the CALLERLAB Social Connections Committee, describes a strategy for growing a club using regular "party nights" as a foundation. But the strategy goes far beyond just throwing an occasional No-Experience-Necessary dance. Mike goes through the steps to foster building an appealing atmosphere that causes attendees to form social bonds and want to join - or form - a group.

Three documents are provided. The first is the strategy document which describes the approach in detail. The second is a Checklist that can be used to keep track of where you are in the process. The third is the Checklist document in Word format if you would prefer to fill in the checklist in Word rather than on paper.
